Diagnosis Burrow walls consisting predominantly of sparse, irregularly distributed, ovoid to mastoid or conical pellets or pelletal masses. Description Sinuous, sparsely branched, horizontal burrows or burrow mazes predominate. In most horizontal specimens, knobs are well developed only on the top and sides of the structure. Short, vertical, cylindrical shafts have been observed locally; among these, all sides are equally pelleted. Horizontal segments are oval in cross section, 2-5 cm wide, and 1-2 cm high.
