Diagnosis: Large, bilaterally symmetrical, pouchshaped boring having a rectangular/oval cross-section. Two gently concave or flat areas of wall, which meet along one edge of the boring, have a strong ornament of arcuate, concentric grooves. The remaining part of the wall and the distal end are smooth and concave.
