Revised diagnosis. (After Olivero & Lopez Cabrera 2005) Domi- nantly sinuous, crowded, long horizontal backfilled branches with successive bulbous lateral swellings surrounding a ramified, central mud-lined tube. Distal ends may be transitional to helicoidal bulbs and associated helicoidal inner tube. Distinct levels may be connected by straight, vertical, conical to helicoidal, concentrically laminated shafts
