Diagnosis (emended). Skeleton domical, nodular, club-shaped, or laminar in shape; laminae sharply or chevron-like crumpled, averaging 10 per mm; pillars indistinguishable; galleries rhomboid or elongate in transversal, labyrinthine in tangential section; astrorhizae inconspicuous.
