D i a g n o s i s. Narrow convex flat to concave linear impressions or rare rod-shaped casts with an elliptical transverse section, gently curved to less commonly straight. Simple or branching, located at lower surfaces of sandy layers. Ornamentation in the form of closely spaced oblique transverse (directed forth and right) or sublongitudinal furrows.
