Emended Diagnosis: Oldhamiawith irregular, sinu-ous, occasionally discontinuous probings closelypacked to form a leaf-line structure. Probingswere made in a centrifugal succession to both side.

Lindholm & Casey, 1990

Description.Irregularly shaped clusters of dendritic burrows; no well- defined point of convergence. In some specimens there is an obvious elongate central burrow from which other burrows project with irregular trajectory (Fig. 8A). Burrows project from both sides of central burrow but in some forms one side appears favored. Central burrow often undulatory and com- monly becomes obscure as it terminates in cluster of burrows. Spacing of burrows is irregular and tends to be either loosely or tightly spaced. Length of a cluster from 0.5 to 3 cm. Individual burrows connect either to central burrow or to another burrow within a cluster, resulting in branching. Commonly, the burrows appear to be discontinuous. Length of the burrows from 2 to 10 mm. Burrows straight to slightly crooked, irregularly spaced, and characterized by blunt terminations.
