Taxon description
Wisshak et al., 2019a
Macroboring; substrate xylic; tracemaker invertebrate
Buatois et al., 2017
Xylokrypta can be considered a U-shaped boring since the two openings are on opposite sides of the chamber, but since one opening was closed and the chamber expands distally, we have considered it here a clavate boring.
Buatois et al., 2017

Tapanila & Roberts, 2012
