Diagnose: Kleine, kugelige Hohlraume, von denen, an der zur Subtratoberflache zugewandten Seite, ein bis mehrere, sehr dUnne, unterschiedlich lange, z.T. verzweigte Gauge abgehen.
Diagnosis: Small, spherical cavities from which, on the side facing the substrate surface, one or more very thin, differently long, sometimes branched gauges extend.
