Diagnosis. — An internal outgrowth of the host organism's shell with a hollow interior, elongate pouch-like body, and short tubular neck with a subcircular aperture.
Description. — An outgrowth of the brachiopod's secondary shell with a hollow interior. The outgrowth has an elongated pouch-like body and short tubular neck with a subcircular aperture. Total length of the bioclaustration is 2.3 mm and diameter of the pouch-like body is 1.5 mm. The outer diameter of the aperture is about 1.0 mm. The diameter of the apertural opening is about 0.7 mm. There is a ring-like thickening around the aperture, about 0.3 mm thick. The interior of the apertural part of the bioclaustration is without any internal structures. The bioclaustration is located on the interior of the ventral area, partially below the spondylium. The aperture is oriented towards the anterior commissure. The bioclaustration does not extend through the ventral valve to the ventral exterior.
