Hoffmann et al., 2016

Diagnosis (emended): Numerous tubes with circular to slightly elliptical cross sections and constant diameters. The long axes of individual tubes are parallel to bedding and are loosely arranged with each other. A typical Tubichnus system contains numerous tubes arranged in sheets. The sheet of tubes is inclined about 40–50 to bedding. One or more secondary planes of tubes may originate from the primary plane and are oriented perpendicular to it. Planes of tubes are straight, winding or sinuous. The tubes show no lining.
