Diagnosis.-Bilaterally symmetrical traces, about three to four times as long as wide, typi- cally with slightly raised axial region and de- pressed lateral region; represented by three forms defined by presence of well developed appendage marks (Form 1), well developed axial structures (Form 2), or absence of both and development of a wedge-shaped excava- tion with raised axial region and depressed lat- eral margins of similar dimensions to Forms 1 and 2 (Form 3).
