Diagnosis: Composite trace consisting of a tube connected to a chamber excavated into spongy bone with a compact bone ceiling. The tube has a circular opening with irregular borders and sequential grooves as bioglyphs; the subcortical chamber is elliptical with a rounded base and ceiling, and the contact between the walls and the base/ceiling is rounded. No bioglyphs are associated with the walls or the base/ceiling of the chamber.
