Current taxon already exists. See initial taxon Oldhamia antiqua
Lindholm & Casey, 1990
Description. Radiating burrows arranged in isolated semicircular fans. Similar to 0. antiqua but lacks connecting stem between fans. Point of convergence V- or U-shaped and varies in width. Occasionally convergence point thickened into "stemlike" feature. Burrows central to the fan invariably straight, whereas those lateral to the fan either straight or slightly curved. Burrows variable in number (from 4-40) and in length (0.2-2.5 cm) and generally irregularly spaced. Burrow length variable both within a single fan and between fans. Generally, those with a higher number of burrows tend to have most variability in both associated with a length and spacing of burrows. Burrows smooth and generally fine (averaging less than 0.5 mm). Terminations either blunt or tapered.
