Taxon description

Hints, L., 1975

Shell of moderate size, suboval in outline. Radial ornamentation consisting of coarse costae and costellae varying from 3 to 4 per 2 mm, at 5 mm anterior of dorsal umbo. Cardinalia consisting of convergent brachiophores and deep crural pits. Dorsal median septum broad.
